We stumbled upon this little café during our visit to Osaka Castle. I ordered a drip coffee and my wife an oat milk latte, both of which were delicious.
The owner of the café, a chap named Turner, is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable. When we arrived, he was busy giving recommendations to the other customers for Osaka, but this didn't distract him from making two cups of 10/10 coffees for us. He also came and checked how we were getting on with our coffees, and we struck up a conversation about his café and his brewing techniques. Turner is a real master at his craft. We were fortunate that Turner had the time to show us how he made his espresso (also great), explaining each step in detail.
The café itself is located in the surroundings of the "Cool Osaka Park TT Hall", a tranquil environment away from the crowds at the castle.

You can tell that the owner is enthusiastic about coffee as he starts talking about his coffee journeys to San Francisco, Melbourne and Northern Europe in search of the best roasting techniques. The cafe also roasts its own coffee beans. Tried the americano and everything is measured precisely, bringing out the best aroma and taste.
The owners are friendly people and very knowledgeable about their coffee, just by chatting them with them I learned so much more about the world...

My Guatemalan filter was delicious and my wife's Ethiopian Americano was the same. We ended up buying some beans. Music was...
