Do not get attached to the fact it’s 100 yen per play. Faulty machines, was trying to get the march 7th pillow on the 2nd floor, since I was struggling to get the ball to drop, the employee was extremely kind by moving the prize to a position where I could win easily(with a tap of a finger it would fall), However no matter what I tried, it wouldn’t drop(at this point I had already spent around 3000 yen, from cash to suica to wechat pay. The person on duty who moved the prize eventually just watched me and noticed it was in-fact the machine that sucked. And then moved the prize to another machine with the same type of prizes, then placed it in a spot where it could drop easily. Which it did after 1 try, WITH 3100+ YEN and my sweat and tears. would NOT recommend this arcade ever, the people working there were nice and helped out but the arcade prizes? Lack luster, and don’t forget faulty machines. Left the arcade depressed and...

There is not a lot of variety in prizes at this arcade ... Just 90% of it were mainstream anime figures. When we visited on Monday evening, a lot of the claw machines were already empty! Though the place is neat, and the staff are present I don't see myself visiting again. The floor signs are inaccurate too - Floors B1 to 2 are supposed to be claw games but there's none of that at the basement floor. I wouldn't recommend this place for claw games and the like. The place was clean but smelled of cigarettes. The staff were courteous even though they were tired. We stayed here until.closi g time and they told us to.finish our credits.
