Sushi is acceptable, nothing to write home about. Still a good value and a good experience for those new to conveyor belt sushi restaurants.
This outlet is located on the fourth floor accessible from the elevator. When you step into the restaurant without a reservation, the first thing to do is to get a number from a queue ticket machine (only in Japanese). Then you wait for your number to be called up on a tv screen, in which case then you go to another machine to get a table/seat ticket number and pick up a wet towel.
On the queue machine there are two options for table or counter seating, which have their own different waiting time. In our case the estimate was wildly wrong as we first got a table (estimate waiting time: 5mins) instead of counter seats (30mins) but in reality there were immediate empty counters. We then got another queue number for counters and the number was immediately pinged.
You'd want to hold on to the table/seat ticket(s) as this will be used to pay at the end.
On every table and counter seat there's a tablet to order from. When asked to participate in a game, just say yes (because why not? 😉). When done, slide in the plates into a small opening next to the conveyor, every 5 plates earn a chance to win a gacha.
After you're done, check out on the tablet and an attendant will come over to check. Take the ticket and scan at the self payment machine on...
Read moreThis location is on the 4th floor of a shopping mall. The restaurant itself was a little old but it was clean and the service was efficient and fine. You self check in at the door (English language available), take a number, and when your number is called you go to the check in counter and get a table number and sit at your assigned table number. Food was ok, pretty middle of the road sushi. It wasn't bad but don't expect it to be spectacular, keep in mid this is a budget value oriented kaiten sushi chain. Not bad, and worth checking out if looking for a quick and cheap bite in the area. I just wouldn't go specifically to eat here though, but wouldn't hesitate if Im already...
Read moreWorst dining experience I've had in Japan. When we checked in with the guide terminal when our number was called, the machine jammed and our seat number did not print out. I kept trying to get a worker to help me but she kept brushing me off. When another guest (read as an Asian guest) told her the same thing she unjammed the machine and helped her. I again tried to get her attention bc our number was now effectively skipped and people behind us where getting seated. I kept trying to get her to help us, she kept brushing us off until I literally has to rush an explanation out quickly at her and she FINALLY sat us. I was so frustrated I was close to tears. Would...
