Wanted to buy 2 jerseys , one black and one white. The white one they didn’t have a New one so I said ok just let me check if everything is ok because probably lots of people tried this Jersey . There was a stain on it so I pointed this out. The girl serving me instantly gave me a dirty look and then proceeded to try and clean the stain. After a few times trying to clean it , the stain was still there so I told her I don’t want it anymore, just the black one is ok. So second time dirty look to me . After I paid , I saw this thing written that any customer who bought above the 15.000 yen would receive an aape notebook for free. I didn’t get it so I asked if I could have one . This time she looked at me like are you serious ? And then gave it to her colleague next to her to hand it over to me after she rolled her eyes. Not friendly...

I felt obligated to share my experience since so many people had problems with the staff. I am a foreigner that only spoke English and I was treated with the utmost respect here. To be fair, I did not spend much time window shopping and let them know exactly what I was considering, an employee that spoke English well helped me try out different sizes and I ended up buying two articles. Worse service in Japan with one of their staff Takei Koki having the worst attitude like we owe him millions of dollars face. And their useless manager Shohei Hayasaka. Only “Ohhhhh” or “Ahhhhh” as his only answers. One of their blonde haired staff was kind enough to help us here and there. Worst attitude and service. Do consider properly before coming down to this outlet. I would have rather travel further to have a better help...
