Every time I come to Tokyo, need to visit one of my best friend who always makes me happy both my palate & felling-JAN stadium. Their beef is so tender, melt in your mouth. The A5 strip is the most recommended, quickly grill on the frame and dip in raw egg. Trust me you have to try this!!! It makes the beef up to another level, greater than great. Anyway, don't be foul by "A5" label. All the beefs i tried were fantastic. Another recommended is "strip loin", cheaper than A5 but the tenderness is on the same par. Also try to dip in lime juice, it compliment you to another dimension of tenderness. It makes juiciness and sweet of the meat outstanding. Another type of dipping sauce is also wonderful. Try it all then. Green salad, beef stew, beef udon etc are real good. Wont make you disappointed. Dont forget to get draft beer (served in stainless steel container) with your beef. Wash your mouth with hot caramel over vanilla ice cream. Look very simple but make you sweet dream. How could this review be completed without mentioning of the service? All staff are very active with serviced mind and smile on their faces at all time. They nail it. YOU MADE MY DAY.
