Great experience. Location is walkable from Asakusa. They do have a staff which knows basic English so it was very helpful. I came here to buy JAPAN RANCHU LORD type D Goldfish food and was disappointed that they only had the smaller size but when I asked the staff, they brought out the larger size from their storage. So if you do not see what you want on the shelves, do not be afraid to ask them. By the way, of all the Aquariums in the main Tokyo area, this is the only place that has JAPAN RANCHU LORD type D Goldfish food. Believe me, I went to a lot of aquariums hunting for this brand.
They were also helpful with my enquiries, even going the extra mile. When I asked them if they have the brand Mishiro, they said they did not bring that brand in but was willing to order it for me and I would just have to come down and collect it when it arrives. But unfortunately, my schedule did not allow for me to go back. But from that, their service was really great and it truly depicts the Japanese standard. Would definitely make a trip back here when I come back to Japan.
On a side note, they are also responsive on IG @Aqua_Field_Asakusa so you can message them in English too. You can also ask them in advance if they have what you want in stock to avoid...
Read moreNice aquarium store with a variety of fish, plants, supplies, etc. The owner seems nice. Healthy tanks, including a few open ones with plants. Well stocked given its size. Some interesting fish and crabs I've never seen before. Saw some dragonfly larvae which were huge. I was looking for an ADA aquascaping toolkit, but they don't sell them. Rather they had two separate types of scissors, but still good quality. Not far from...

The staff were super amazing and helped me choose the best foods available for my discus fish. They also gave me free samples of excellent quality fish foods that I can try. The store has some unique fish and plants. I really enjoyed visiting it and would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and...
