I dont understand the negative comments about the tall, long haired guy at all. I went there just before the closing. 10 minutes left to be exact. Kota ( i believe his name) served me right away. Didnt rush me at all. There was a confusion from my side about sizing of the bag i chose. It didn’t bother him. Left the store with a nice Rodeo in 15 minutes after the closing hour. They were so nice to me. Will definitely come back to this branch if i return to Tokyo ❤️

Im not sure why anyone would spend such ridiculous amounts of money on handbags and shoes. Who spends $800 on a backpack? I came in with a friend. Immediately they made us feel like we were not welcome there. We were basically followed around as if we were going to steal something. The staff were laughing at us and basically chased us off the property. Terrible service and not nice people here.

Immediately they made us feel like we were not welcome there. We were basically followed around as if we were going to steal something. The staff were laughing at us and basically chased us off the property. Terrible service and not nice people here.

Store clerk was the worst. Long haired clerk did not answer my question and was looking at the phone all the time. Terrible attitude. Avoid this...
