Fumiko and the friendly translator( didn’t get her name ) at Boucheron went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my time there. My fiancé and I bought wedding rings in this store. The service was professional and the store and products very beautiful. Most importantly, we discovered after a few days that the fit was not exactly right. Even though Japan has strict return policies that do not favour the consumer, we were allowed to exchange the rings for a bigger size. The staff inspected the rings carefully and were able to verify that we didn’t wear them (they were wedding rings after all). Then they spent a great deal of time advising us on the right sizes, taking into account different circumstances (temperature, wearing double rings, etc). Overall we had a very pleasant experience to look back on and we have a perfect set of rings to last...
