After browsing over 20 jewelry stores, my wife and I decided to buy our wedding rings here and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Miyazawa-san took excellent care of us and patiently showed us many designs, and had very thorough knowledge of all of 4C’s products. We made a same-day appointment and it took us over two hours to decide, but the whole time the staff was very professional, patient, and courteous with us. 4C provides excellent lifetime services as well, with branches all over Japan....
