This shop should be highly recommend for tourist. There're various types of bag(especially Birkin) and jewelries. I recieved a warmly welcome and well service from "Nami". She's very expert and kind, which that's make us so enjoy to buy lots of stuffs. But I need to complain something about another girl who take care us before(Katsuhara, I got her name from asked the staff). We've got uncomfortable vibe from her and feel a lot of language barrier even me and her are speaking English. I also received some rude tone of Japanese word(after I asked her something) which I thought she may not know that I understand it, but I do. This action seems a bit racist to me. My sincere suggestion is please be more careful about this kind of manner. Because this kind of experience should not happened to me or any customers.

I had a great experience here! The staff never pressured me to buy anything and let me take my time browsing. I was checking out a Chanel purse to see if I really liked it, and even though they didn’t try to push a sale, they were very polite and helpful when I asked for prices. I ended up buying two items! I really appreciate their professional attitude and hope they continue this kind of service for everyone.

I had a great experience here! The staff never pressured me to buy anything and let me take my time browsing. I was checking out a Chanel purse to see if I really liked it, and even though they didn’t try to push a sale, they were very polite and helpful when I asked for prices. I ended up buying two items! 3 stars. Great selection. I was happy to find what I was looking for here. Unfortunately, the service left a bad impression. I approached a staff member to ask if there was any original receipt available for the item I was considering (a fair question, especially if I am spending over a thousand dollars). She misunderstood and assumed I was asking for a certificate of authenticity. Before I could clarify, she scoffed and said, “Only Chanel gives that,” then walked over to her colleague, shared the interaction, and giggled while rolling her eyes.

Thankfully, her colleague was much more professional and helped me with the purchase. So… shop here if you like the stock, but brace yourself for potentially rude...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brand Off Ginza. The store offers an impressive selection of luxury items in excellent condition, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and professional. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable.
