In October 2024, I purchased snow boots at FUSO, but the size was not correct. In January 2025, while skiing, it caused bruising on my toes. Service could have done better, like teaching customers patiently how to wear a boots or bindings, letting us to try out boots and bindings combinations, to ask if heat mold is needed. My experience was not too pleasant because i was questioned back what i want to do with the shoes laces where i have totally zero knowledge on the TLC lacing system.
