Read moreAt first you might hard to find it cause it was inside a big building- Pepe, I did use my Google map to find it but then I just had to figure it out on my own 😂 luckily I found it. The clothes is quite cheap in general. I bought 12 items and it costed only around 20000¥. It was actually scared me, some items just 390¥ 😮 so much cheaper than the other shops like H&M or Zara, some new arrivals even costed only 990¥. The clothes is fantastic, they've all sizes so don't need to worry about it too much. The atmosphere was great, staffs were friendly, most of them could speak English. While it was my oversight to miss the “please take off shoes” sign at the changing room, the way he addressed me was unnecessarily condescending. His remark, “It’s written there,” was delivered with a tone that felt hostile rather than helpful.
Additionally, he was not actively assisting anyone at the fitting room counter, making the situation even more frustrating. Customer service should be about guiding and assisting patrons respectfully, but this interaction fell far below expectations.
