Wow. What an exquisite store! The service that I received from Ayaka was world class. I have never been treated so well in a Gucci store until today. Ayaka went above and beyond with every single aspect from the moment I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She also allowed me to see and try on anything that caught my eye. To add to it all, her English was outstanding which made my experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend visiting this store and if you happen to have Ayaka as your sales associate, you are in for a treat....

We purchased few items here, included a men belt as a gift for family member. Due to the confusion between US and UK sizes, we bought the wrong size belt. Tung, the sale associate who assisted us with the purchases, showed us how to measure and exchange for a correct size belt (since their policy stated they can only exchange once). I popped into the Gucci store that was right around of my hotel during my stay in Tokyo and met the very lovely sales person named Ayaka Nagai! She greeted me so warmly and suggested a couple of handbag options, of which I picked up one. Ayaka was pleasant, knowledgeable and so kind.I enjoyed my shopping experience with her tremendously!
