edit- i still stand by my first review which was originally 5 stars, but coming today felt completely different. the store was quiet and when i turned around to ask about an item i had just picked up from the hanger rail i had 5 pairs of eyes looking at me which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, all i wanted to ask was if it was a 2 piece set and the staff said it was and i wanted to try it on and potentially buy, but when i saw 4 other staff members staring at me it made me put down the item and leave the store. i know that i look like a foreigner and i’m not from here but this was still a very poor and sad experience which is why i lowered my rating, still 5 stars to Yuan though for being...
Read moreThe shopping experience here felt bizarre. BEAMS is on the second and third floor, so we took the elevator up. On the second floor the doors opened to a dim office hallway with no signs, so we tried going up to the third floor — which also was a dim office hallway with stacks of cardboard boxes blocking the way.
We figured out that we had to go around the boxes to a tiny door that said BEAMS, at which point we entered their mens formalwear floor and got completely ignored by the sales staff.
We went down to the second floor and found some interesting streetwear-style bags, which was nice. However, on this floor the sales staff were chatting amongst themselves and ignoring all customers. Only the staff member manning the register was helping customers.

It’s my fault that I brought a drink into the shop(I didn’t drink it), but when I asked him where can I put the drink temporarily, he couldn’t understand and kept saying NO and OUT, without any sorry or excuse me or gave me any instructions.
Unlike other Japanese will using translator to try communicate with you, he just kicked people out and took away the things that I plan to buy.
Located in the busiest area in Tokyo and as an famous shop, please at least learn some basic English or at least bring your attitude. Don’t let this guy destroy the good...
