This shop has charged our card multiple times by mistake and has not given us a refund despite our attempts to contact them.

We went in for a foot massage on 3 April 2025 for 2 people at around 8.20pm. We initially paid via credit card but the cashier said it didn’t go through because she couldn't read the "error message" on the card terminal. We tapped our card twice more but still she said there’s an error. Cashier asked for cash instead so we ended up making a cash payment for 8000 yen and got a receipt for the payment just in case.

It turns out that the credit card transactions actually went through and we made a call to the store to clarify as we have since flown out of Japan. The staff on the line provided her wechat number (ending in 6078) to send over the transaction numbers for her to verify and process but we have been ignored.

This was the worst “massage” I had in my entire life. If I can call this a massage. Right from the start “the masseuse” started hitting me and doing random movements on my body. I asked her to be more gentle as I felt like I was being brutalized. She did calm down, however the torture started. There was no technique nor relaxation. The phone was ringing, the masseuse would scream when answering then laugh and chat while doing my “massage”. They would speak in Chinese so Japanese customers would not understand them. The whole thing was just so chaotic and I could not understand why there were so many good reviews. Too expensive. They tried to make you choose longer time, but use machine or hot stones most of time. Made me upside down over one hour, not managing flipping the customer over in a balanced time. I actually feel more tired after the massage. I could feel the masseuse doesn't want her job for the full time we asked. She was talking to her colleague a lot about not important things during the massge which was not professional. Expensive price thinking that they are not focusing on actual massge for the whole time. Too much oil they put, so all I want to think now is that O want to take a shower.
