A beautiful store offering quality cotton linens for the home. It was confusing at first in finding their location but it was worth the trip. The Google location is Made in Imabari and their store location name is Imabari kinsei. The store clerk was very helpful and patient explaining the different quality of towels. I splurged and bought a couple of theface towels and a bath towel. Now I wish I bought more!

Great shop with luxurious towels. I bought some hand towels for my bathroom and kitchen and am so happy each time I use it. It is so soft and fluffy but doesn't feel like it's that type of material that takes a while to dry as most really fluffy towels do.

They have minimalist as well as intricate designs with metallic accents (very chic). I bought beautiful all white hand towels with a Japanese design on it as a gift.

Highly recommend the shop and the workers spoke enough English to help me. Will definitely go back the next time...

こちらでの購入はお勧めしません。どうしても欲しいなら、百貨店や通販にすべきです。

百貨店で買ったことがあり、本店で内祝いを買おうと伺いましたが、行って公開しました。

店員さんが2人いて、1人は接客中、1人はふらふら。しばらく私が店内を回っていたら、接客中の方が促してくれたようでふらふらしていた方の店員が「何かお探しですか〜」と声を掛けてきた。が、衝撃的なことにエプロンのポッケに手を突っ込んだまま。しばらくしてから私の視線に気づいて手を出していましたが、友達と話す時でもしないようなふんぞり返った態度で声を掛けられてびっくりしました。

人気なのはどれですか、とかおすすめはありますか、とかこちらが聞いたことにぼんやりとしたことを答えるだけで、そちらからの提案は全くなし。迷ってますと話しても無言で放置で、自分で考えて決めるしかありませんでした。　売る気が無いのか、顧客と見ていないのか...と不愉快でしたし、悲しくなりました。
