I went on a really rainy day out of desperation to find a place to eat after I couldn’t find the original place I wanted to go to. Man am I glad I found this place! It was small, cozy, and empty. At the time (it was pretty late in the day), he only had one sandwich left which I was grateful for so I ordered that and a latte. Both items were served quickly and both were very good. It was quiet and while I was looking through my phone, he was busy doing his own thing and for once, out of all the dining experiences I’ve had in Japan, my little introverted self was happy to finally have no interaction and it not feel awkward. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for being the only one there and I really appreciated that (aka he let me have my peace and quiet lol). Seating is very limited, as mentioned before the food and drinks were very good, and the books and art he had on display were cool and interesting, added to the cozy, unique vibe he has. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are able to catch it on a slow day like myself, but if not, please still go and get a coffee as it was...

To be perfectly transparent, I have not visited this coffee shop. I was waiting in line for another restaurant and my wife went in search of coffee. She ended up purchasing a cafe latte, a hand drip blend coffee, and a vegan banana scone. All three were solid!! The coffee was perfectly balanced between acidic and bitter; the latte was strong and the barista did not drown the espresso in milk which is often the case in Tokyo; and the scone, the SCONE, was delicious, the subtle sweetness from the banana and the crunch of nuts brought happiness to my life. Plus, it is apparently healthy. I must visit this...

They were the cozy spot that felt both warm and grounded. Their drip coffee came in a rustic brown mug, offering a clean and bitter steady flavor. It was smooth and easy to sip slowly. It’s the kind of coffee that paired naturally with quiet moments. The scone, served on a simple yet elegant plate, was baked to a golden crisp on the outside while maintaining a tender crumb inside. Slightly nutty in aroma and not too sweet, it complemented the coffee beautifully. Together, the set felt balanced and thoughtful, simple but...
