Please aware that it is gonna be long review i had to make it honestly Even One star is not worth it but i really want to share my experiences
I went to the LV cafe today on May 11th, 2023. I entered without any queue, and they directed me to go upstairs. I informed them that I wanted to shop after eating, and the staff told me to inform them about it later. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of my disappointing experience at LV
When I arrived, a girl abruptly asked, 'What do you want to order?' which almost annoyed me. But as soon as i started speak in Japanese, she was still speaking casual way. However, a male staff member arrived and took my order. To be honest his service skills were just average too, although he was kinder than anyone else in the cafe.
To be honest, the interior did not resemble LV at all. They only had LV monogram chocolates in front of the elevator to catch your attention. The place looked more like Tiffany & Co., with pastel green and silver colors. I felt like if Tiffany had a cafe, it would look just like this. Additionally, the menu was not in English. It seems that Japan is not adequately prepared for foreign visitors as they are not proficient in English. Surprisingly, the menu had no English translations. But in Japanese yes
The starter arrived, which was a salmon platter with wasabi cream. It was nothing special, and I believe they added wasabi to make it seem 'fusion.' My water ran out, and the male staff member refilled both glasses. However, when the beef tongue dish arrived, they did not change the cutlery, even though I had just finished eating fish. I had to clean the cutlery with my napkin. On the positive side, the side vegetables were perfectly cooked. When I cut the tongue, it was smooth and had a slightly firm texture. The sauce, which was balsamic-based, was excessively the sour, not reduced enough (donât wanna say anything more than this for the sauce) The seasoning was also too weak, just like if the chef had forgotten the salt and pepper. I asked for salt and pepper, but when the male staff member brought them, he only provided pepper. I had to request salt again. Although it improved the taste slightly, it was still too sour.
By the time I finished my dish, my water had not been refilled. As I looked around, I noticed three more girls working. One was cleaning the bar, another was cleaning their service table, and the male staff member was cleaning the toilet (I could hear all the sounds). The tallest girl with short hair was simply playing with her phone. I waited to have my table cleaned because I had mentioned that I wanted to order again after the meal. However, no one attended to me. Frustrated, I said 'excuse me' in Japanese, similar to an izakaya experience (although some izakayas have bells).
Finally, the girl on her phone came over, and I told her that I wanted to pay. She brought the bill, but no one helped clean the table, so I had to place the bill on the dirty plate. She just looked at it without doing anything. I paid, received my change, she said thank you but I ignored and headed to the elevator. No one said goodbye or anything. While waiting in front of the elevator, another new girl was there and stared at me. I looked back at her, and she asked if I was okay. I asked if it was LV cafe's tradition to stare at customers when they leave and if it was normal to not ask how the meal was. She apologized in a very casual way in Japanese, but when I asked what she was apologizing for, she couldn't provide an answer. I entered the elevator, and it stopped on the second floor, which was the women's floor. And i got off, like in 1 minute one male staff came in front of me and say what can i help you today, I was make a claim to the guy, he politely apologized, mentioning that cafe staff was a different staff members in LV and asked for my understanding. It was just totally unwelcome, disappointing, disrespectful, not worth

Designed by Mr. Aoki Jun, one of the top architects in Japan, the newly transformed building is an iconic art piece on the trendy Namikidori Street. Its undulating iridescent façade is definitely an eyeopener, as it displays an everchanging light show.
Guests must line up at the front door to be seated at the cafĂ© since it does not take reservations. (Please note that there is a separate line for shoppers to enter the store.) The spacious restaurant is chicly decorated with colorful furniture. The high ceiling accentuates the stylish interior design. Managed by Iron Chef Yosuke Suga, the new branch launches LVâs first chocolate line âLe Chocolat V by Sugalaboâ. The chocolatierâs chocolate monogram designs and packaging are easily identified as LV products. The chocolate is smooth, but lacks a wow factor.
