Bought a puzzle edge here 2 days ago. Was told there were only 3 pieces in the store. The first piece the sales associate presented to me had some glue/gap issues where the handle hardware attaches to the bag, so i rejected. The sales associate then brought over a 2nd piece which also had similar issues, so again i rejected. The 3rd and final piece the SA brought over didn’t have as obvious glue/gap issues, although not perfect. It was honestly tiring at this point to have to check through so many bags, so I took it. The sales associate also commented that Loewe bags are handmade so some imperfection can be expected. However, when I took the brand new bag out again today to look at it, I saw that there are such bad cracks on the edge of the leather on another part of the bag. This bag is brand new and unused, so it is a clear manufacturing defect that I’m surprised even passed QC checks. While I understand that some imperfections can be expected since the bags are handmade, this is completely unacceptable for a brand new bag that costs so much money. It is honestly a very disappointing experience that took any joy out of the experience of getting a brand new bag. I expected a lot better of the quality...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I would give 0 and even Minus rating if possible! What a disgrace for Loewe. I have shopped at other Loewe boutiques and never have I been treated like this.
I entered the empty boutique and was asked to stand by the door by the male SA to wait. There was only one couple shopping and several female SAs were chatting by themselves. One of them approached and asked what I was looking for. I told her I wanted to look at womenswear. She did not seem to understand. I repeated “ready-to-wear”; “clothes”; “I want to look at clothes”. She did not seem to understand at all! She then just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes, left, while speaking in foreign language to her colleagues quite loudly which I understood was about me. How rude and unacceptable! Then they all left me standing there looking like a fool for like a couple of minutes, busily chatting with one another.
I left the store feeling very upset and disappointed. You have just lost one loyal Loewe customer! The discriminating and bitter experience also ruined my mood of a holiday in Japan, so shame on you Case Loewe Ginza! You should train your employees on how to treat...
Read moreThis store gave me very mixed feelings. On the one hand, I probably understand why things are set up this way, and it kind of makes sense — but on the other hand, you definitely don’t want to experience it yourself.
What I’m talking about is the entrance policy. No matter how you look or how much money you have, you’ll be asked to stand in line just to get inside the store. You might end up waiting about 20 minutes at the door — just to enter.
It’s probably done to keep out casual browsers and tourists who just want to touch expensive items without buying anything, preventing crowds and distractions for the staff.
But honestly, they should consider making exceptions. If you see well-dressed people, maybe let them in right away. After waiting 20 minutes and finally getting inside, we saw a nearly empty store with plenty of staff standing around unoccupied. So it wasn’t clear why we had to wait in the first place. You’re selling items worth millions, but five more minutes of waiting, and I would’ve just left. It feels a bit disrespectful.
That said, the clothing 🧥 itself was quite good — lots of stylish...
