절대 이곳을 이용하지마세요. 저희는 이 일을 계속 알릴 예정입니다. 코코넛오일을 잘못구매해서, 당일 제품을 뜯지 않은 그대로, 바로 다시 돌아 가 영수증과 함께 교환을 요청했는데 직원이 '안된다. 매점 밖에 가지고 나가서 이 제품에 너희가 무슨짓을 한지 모르기 때문에 교환, 환불이 절대 안된다'고 하면서 매장 내에 교환, 환불이 안된다고 써있었다. 했습니다. 직원이 가르킨 곳에는 일본어로 적힌 표지판 하나가 전부였기때문에 외국인인 우리는 구매시엔 어떤 안내도 못받았다고 하자 그럼 경찰을 부르겠다고 했으며, 반복해서 ' 밖에 가지고 나갔으면 제품에 무슨짓을 했는지 모른다' 며 위험한 사람 취급을 당했습니다. 진상 중국인이라고 했죠. 저희는 한국인이고 비즈니스 비자로 입국했기 때문에 통역사가 있고, 통역사가 다시 직원에게 '구매시 어떠한 안내도 받지 못했기 때문에 적어도 교환은 해줘야한다'고 전화로 요청했는데 그 직원이 ' 너희는 말이안통하니 이 전화를 끊겠다' 하고 끊더라고요. 고객의 전화를 끊어버리고 경찰을 부르겠다고 하는게 제정신입니까? 중국인 언급이며 외국인이면 무조건 진상취급하는 당해본적 없는 황당한 이 대응을 계속 알릴 예정입니다.

We mistakenly purchased the wrong coconut oil, and on the same day — without opening the product — we immediately went back to the store with the receipt to request an exchange. The staff said, “No. Since you took it outside, we don’t know what you might have done to the product. Absolutely no exchanges or refunds.” They pointed to a small sign written only in Japanese inside the store that said exchanges and refunds were not allowed.

We explained that as foreigners, we were not informed of this at the time of purchase, but the staff then said they would call the police. They repeatedly said, “Once you’ve taken it outside, we don’t know what you did to it,” treating us as if we were suspicious people. They even called us “troublesome Chinese.”

We are Korean, and we are here on a business visa with an interpreter. Our interpreter called the store to explain that we received no notice about their policy and that they should at least allow an exchange. The staff then said, “You don’t make sense, so I’m hanging up,” and ended the call.

Is it normal for a store to hang up on a customer and threaten to call the police? Referring to us as “Chinese” and treating foreigners as troublemakers — this kind of discriminatory and irrational behavior is something we’ve never experienced before, and we will continue to...

仕事前の朝と終業後の夜遅めに利用させて貰ってます。 朝夜で接客対応ガラッと変わる印象。朝はほぼ決まったメンバーしかいなくて、忙しいからか多少きつめな人もいらっしゃる。ただ、朝は出勤者が多い事を理解してくださってるのかとにかく素早くレジやその他の対応してくださる方が多い。その為きつく感じる事はあるかもしれないけどダラダラとレジされるよりよっぽど良い。眼鏡をかけた男の子は話が通じなくて苦手。首を痛めてらっしゃる方はとにかく安心して任せられる。あと、最近はいないのですがお団子頭の若めの女性はとにかくレジスピードが段違い。急いでる日はその人のレジに並ぶほど素早かったです。頑張ってる故か、しかめっ面多かったですけどレシート渡してくる時の笑顔がとても好印象でした。

夜は茶髪ボブヘアの女性が一番接客対応素晴らしいと思います。恐らくリーダーの方だと思うのですが、よく他のスタッフが困った時にヘルプに行ってる印象があります。レジも丁寧です。 ほとんどいつもいらっしゃるマスクしている女性ですが、丁寧ではありますが接客がくどいです。いいって言ってるのに何度も同じ事聞いてきたり優しさと思ってるのか余計なことして時間かかってしまい少し困ってしまいます。朝の眼鏡の男の子に似て苦手です。 それを除けば品揃えもいいしとても通い...
