Have read a lot of bad reviews, especially regarding their service. True enough, their serving time is definitely too long. Their kitchen arrangement is a total mess. Our order came 1 by 1, the 1st order came after 40 minutes & the interval between the next order is 10 minutes each. After 4 orders, they start serving other tables that came later than us. We have another 2 orders pending. After waiting for some time, we asked & the kitchen actually missed our order. They only prepared after we asked. Even takeaway customers & grab riders get impatient of waiting. Each order takes more than an hour. The way the staff handle is also impolite & unprofessional. They just asked us to keep waiting & mention that it's not their fault. Their menu items alot not available. Only skewers items but not all. Price is also on the higher side. We arrived in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Ah Zhi and another attentive server. Right from the start, Ah Zhi stood out with his friendly attitude, quick service, and genuine smile. He made us feel right at home and was always around to check if we needed anything, without being too intrusive. It’s rare to find servers who strike that perfect balance — kudos to him!

We also noticed a big improvement in the waiting time compared to our last visit. Everything was much smoother and better organized this time, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

As for the food, the 烧烤 (BBQ) is still top-notch — tender, flavorful, and grilled just right. Definitely one of the best in town! The cozy atmosphere, paired with a few cold beers, made it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Grab the order from this restaurant. They do not have the ability to make more orders but they accept my orders anyways. I ended up waiting 2 hours, and still can’t get my food. Couldn’t cancel the order as they had accepted it and show that they are preparing.

After waiting for 1 hour, my rider told me that they still haven’t prepare my order but yet they accept in advance which causes me to have problem cancelling the order.
