Mixue Austin Height — Restaurant in Johor

Mixue Ice Cream Cone = RM2.00 Mango Mi-Sundae = RM5.00

This is a China Ice-Cream Franchise that recently entered the Singapore Market too. The first thing you will notice is the Rediculously Adorable Mixue Jingle that plays Non-Stop just like Donki.

Adorable, but will probably drive you completely insane if you are a staff there and listen to it for hours LOL!

Jokes aside, the basic Ice-Cream itself has a very Nice Creamy and Milky Taste that everyone will enjoy. At the price of only RM2.00 it is an easy recommendation.

Mi-Sundae comes with several flavours, (Mango, Cookie, Chocolate, Strawberry) and I chose Mango. Mango actually do have a Real Mango taste and it elevates the taste of the Base Ice-Cream itself. In fact i think they give more Ice-Cream in this compared to the regular cone.

This particular branch in Austin has only a few tables and chairs but do have a long row of soft bench for customers to sit. There is also a restroom within if you need.

Family Friendly, Affordable and Tasty, this is an easy recommendation from me.

Their worker are very rude and impolitely! When I order asking about the products the malay male worker shout at me and do not explain properly, make me confused! Moreover, I order 3 bottles of drinks they ask me whether need plastic or not?! This is such a stupid question and I don’t know how to answer, as he already open the plastic bag to put in the drinks inside! Asking me with the voice of shout also, therefore the mount austin mixue malay workers are very rude and I can’t find any phone number to contact their manager/boss! Better apologize for me nevertheless I will post to facebook or mixue will damage their brand only. This is concerning about their boss do not educate well of their staff attitude! And I get inform by other ex worker said he argue with the boss because of the mixue worker such a bad rude and lazy but boss do not care. Well, mixue, as a customers I wish you…Jaga...

Encountered a disappointing experience with three male staff members who displayed unprofessional attitudes and a lack of customer service skills. Despite placing orders for ice cream cones, they neglected to prepare and serve us, instead prioritizing later customers.

When we brought this to their attention, they asked us to wait, even though there were no other customers around. Upon requesting our orders again, they displayed rude facial expressions and trying to ignore us. Their behavior was unacceptable and made us feel disrespected. It seemed the boss lacked giving proper training and supervision to them, and their conduct was unrepresentative of a customer-centric establishment. What a f..k attitude and morally not taught by...
