We do not know anything about jade although my sister-in-law is a careful shopper. William (the owner) was patient with us, asking first what we were looking for, our budget and who we were buying for.

Although our budget was small, he was willing to show us items far beyond our budget, knowing we were not buying any.

He was meticulous in explaining why the difference in prices, the polish, the clarity of the reflection/translucency. He even took some pieces outside his shop to show because the lights in his shop did not do justice to the stone.

After I have settled on the item (agreed on the price) and he packed the item, he gave me a small jade for me to wear as well apparently to 'protect' me.

A really really good shop to buy jade especially as a first timer. William is the owner, extremely honest and he will explain in detail from the make of the stones (chemistry) to their origins. He takes so much time to ensure you get what you really like instead of what he can best sell you. He's a certified gemologist, an extremely interesting person! My mum, sister and I bought a jade bangle each and I guess we're jade enthusiasts now!! Amazing shop, amazing owner. William can also customise to your liking, earrings/pendants/jewellery; not only jade bangles. It was an extremely pleasant experience and we all left happy!! First time walk in to the shop to look for jade.. With zero knowledge about Jade. The bos very friendly and start to introduce me the jade he have after understand my need. I very like him so much as he is so patient ro recomend jade to me. And said is ok to understand first. No forcing of closing sales is the one i love. So i have no stress at all and look around. End up i choose my jade and made it as pendant. The bos explain to me what can i do to make the jade a simple pendant as he know my budget. When i get my pendant. I love it so much. Thanks William.
