L'Occitane En Provence @ LaLaport — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

On 15th Dec 2024 I bought immortelle divide youth oil from friendly supervisor Ida who gave me a 5 star service explaining the product. Ida wrapping skill is excellent too. She sprayed perfume on the yellow flower she personally make which she attached on the paperbag. Today 30th Dec 2024 I came back to look for Ida to buy more product but so sad I met with snobbish Jasmine here at Lalaport. I give her 2 star because her service is bad. Jasmine informed me Ida is going to be transferred to Bangsar as at 1st Jan 2025. Hence in future I will support Ida in Bangsar because she can give me 5 star service. I will never come back to Loccitane Lalaport anymore. As there are two Loccitane outlets in Bangsar, one in Bangsar Village 11 and the other in Bangsar Shopping Centre. I will have to find out which Bangsar...

I want to compliment Azrul from the L’Occitane Lalaport outlet. I visited around 10:50am yesterday for the empty bottle recycling program. Honestly, I’ve felt uncomfortable doing this before — some staff at other branches made me feel judged.

But Azrul was different. He was friendly, welcoming, and patient. He made the whole experience pleasant, and because of his great attitude, I ended up buying a hand lotion to support him.

The service here is very good. Mom bought a gift for a friend, and the staff members, specifically the store supervisor Ida, were incredibly nice to us. Mesti mau datang balik. Very tempting to come back here so I can buy gifts for my mom or for myself in the near future. The selection of items here are good. I do not know much about skincare but the staff will help you a lot if you have enquiries, and you are sure to have a pleasant shopping...
