‼️ATTENTION, FRAUDULENT HOSTS‼️ We booked an apartment, the host said it was overbooked and we got a much smaller, dirty apartment. None of the booked apartment components were present, but we were falsely assured several times in advance that it was the same apartment. Pure fraud. Of course, the price was still the same. Communication with the host was after check in almost non-existent or extremely cheeky on his part. In addition to the missing balcony, safe, living room and window front, the apartment was very dirty and stank of drainage. The comforter cover had white and brown stains and there were hairs and hair clips from the previous guest. In many places it was very dusty or even moldy. Afterwards, we found out that the apartment was not even registered and listed according to Motac governance. I very much doubt whether this is a legitimate rental. Furthermore, we were issued an incorrect invoice, on which the fee for the late check-out was missing. This cannot be legal from a tax...

Be careful if looking to stay here for your holiday. My booking from Booking.com got cancelled 1 day before my stay. Property Manager informed that its because of issues with water and electricity supply. Told me to request the cancellation and refund. I did get refunded but imagine getting no place to stay while you are on a holiday with kids. And the last minute booking for other properties will be more costly since it was last minute. The irony thing was Property Manager said he could help get another property from "a friend" but I need to pay cash. Really sketchy! And a quick search on Google did show that many others also faced the same problem with their booking getting cancelled at the...

My husband and I stayed here almost 3 weeks and booked thru Air BnB. The apartment on floor 32 was amazing and had a spectacular view. Everything Included for a perfect stay. The pools were phenomenal for swimming laps or just relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all supplies you need to cook meals at home if you don't feel like going out. The location is so convenient to everything. There are many different owners and hosts within this building. I am sure you may find some with not so good experiences so do your research and reaD reviews and check your hosts profiles. We felt completely safe in this Area and had no issues at all....
