I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this salon, and I feel it's my responsibility to share it with others. Please, for your own sake, reconsider before stepping foot in this place.

Here are the key points of my disastrous visit:

Inconsistent Service: I began my hair wash later than two of my friends, yet I finished earlier than them. It's clear the staff was not concerned about providing equal and thorough service.

Rushed and Unprofessional Staff: The entire process felt like a race to the finish line. The staff seemed more interested in wrapping up quickly to go home rather than providing quality service.

Shortchanged on Shampoo Time: The shampooing time was shockingly short. It felt like they were in a hurry to get it over with.

Negligence with Water Temperature: Not once did they bother to check in with me about the water temperature before rinsing, which resulted in an uncomfortable experience.

Unsafe Hairdryer Practices: The hairdryer was heated to the highest temperature, and my scalp suffered burns as a consequence. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Scalp Wounds: To add insult to injury, my scalp feels wounded after the session. This is beyond disappointing.

Poor Customer Service: At the end of the session, we were left waiting outside for payment, and no one bothered to assist us. The lack of attention to customers is appalling.

Now, my friends had equally horrendous experiences:

Nail Scratching: Despite repeated reminders, the staff used her nails to scratch her scalp. This is not only unhygienic but also extremely uncomfortable.

Hair Pulling: During the hair wash and blow-drying process, the staff kept pulling her hair. A clear disregard for the customer's comfort.

Dangerously Hot Hairdryer: The temperature of the hairdryer was excessively hot, and despite my friend's reminders to be gentle, the staff continued with no regard for her comfort or safety.

In conclusion, this salon's lack of professionalism, rushed service, and disregard for customer well-being make it a place to steer clear of. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this salon at...

Even giving 1 star for this salon’s service ,I feel like I giving them too much. The 1 star properly is going to my hairstylist .( the one I taking pic with my phone ) . She is nice and gentle . She was checking with me the temperature of the water , how I wanted to style my hair etc . But ! My two friends have their worse experiences in this salon . And I observed how they were servicing my friends . As shown on 2nd pic , this stylist served two of my friends , both of them were so disappointed with her . She was very rush to wash my friend’s hair and using very hot water to rinse until my friend told her it was too hot . My friend was get hair wash 10 mins later than us but she is the fastest to finish and her hair wasn’t style at all . ( although she just ask her to blow dry and make it straight ) and I think she can do better than this stylist . After she finished . The stylist went to help to dry my another friend’s hair ( as shown on pic , I covered my friend face ) she is pulling my friend’s hair very hard and almost burn my friend’s head. My friend told her dun pull so hard and she still doing it . Not to mention our simple hair wash and blow coating 100 RM . Unbelievable this kind of salon can still open at such a nice shopping centre. We chose to go there with a high expectation cuz the salon can open in pavilion should...

Just finish my wash & blow with them at 9.30pm.. PLEASE DO NOT ever decide to come here to wash your hair at 8.30pm onwards when they are closing.. 3 different technicians did our wash & blow today.. my friend started 10mins later then myself and another friend.. but she finished earlier than us, and that is just one of the bad point...

The girl on the left in the picture use her nails to shampoo my hair, I gave chance, did not say anything but I showed her my pain from my facial expressions..

Then during hair wash she use nails again, I told her to not use her nails, then she said ok... Less than 1 min later use nails again..

Then when it was time to blow my hair, the other Myanmar girl helped her, keep pulling on my hair so roughly, I told her to be gentle, she said ok, but both of them continue to be rough to me..

I did not see any supervisor at the store just now... If I had seen, I would have complaint in person..

Oh my god, I'm paying rm100 to enjoy, not to suffer.. I'm only giving 1 star cause google does not allow me to leave...
