As someone who has heard about Chagee’s immense popularity for quite some time, I was excited to finally give it a try. My first experience involved their signature White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, which truly lived up to its reputation for flavor. The tea had a wonderfully rich and fragrant peach aroma, blended harmoniously with the oolong base—definitely one of the best tea flavors I’ve had.
That being said, the texture of the milk tea felt a bit watery for my preference. While it didn’t take away from the delightful flavor, I do feel it could benefit from a creamier consistency to elevate the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that Chagee doesn’t offer any topping options, which is quite different from what many tea lovers, including myself, are accustomed to. While their decision to focus solely on the tea itself isn’t necessarily a bad one, I think experimenting with toppings that complement their premium tea selections could add a layer of excitement for customers.
Overall, my visit to Chagee was enjoyable, and I can see why it has earned such a strong following. The attention to tea quality is commendable, and I appreciate their dedication to offering a more traditional and refined tea-drinking experience. I’d definitely return to try more of their unique blends, but I hope they consider expanding their offerings to suit a broader range of...

Read moreUnbelievable service and unrealistic points of explanation given. I was here yesterday and also today wanting to trying out my first chagee. First of all yesterday, due to their sudden ‘looking busy order’, me and my girlfriend were told that we have to wait for an estimation of MORE than 2 hours if we were to order so we end up leaving the place and thought of giving it another chance. Fast forward to today, we visited around 5.30pm and we were told off the same thing that we have to wait again. The only difference is that from 2 hours, it became 40-50 minutes. Like seriously based on common sense waiting for a cup of drink for that amount of time is not worth it. Behind the counter has an army of 15-18 staffs and you can’t even handle an influx of orders? If you were down with 3-4 staffs I can totally understand and won’t say a word. The thing is this branch has an army of staffs and I’ve seen other Chagee branches with lesser staffs can handle more orders than this branch. Totally not worth going...
