Really disappointed with prudential agent! I told her i want to terminate my plan n she said i dont have to pay n will lapsed by itself. I am a customer n i buy your insurance, so i have my own right to terminate or surrender the policy! Suddenly, prudential deducted my money from my account! Already contact the agent n she just give me a bluetick🤨 your agent didn’t reply my message! N i think your agent didn’t want to give me the terminate or surrender form policy! educate your agent, if want to sell the insurance, please sell it properly! Don’t be a liar! Don’t promise anything and say prudential can cover hospitalisation after 3 months! Before that i already asked her how can i use this medical card if my son warded. She said i need to take the refer letter from clinic if i want to claim the insurance. When my son hospitalised, i want to use the insurance n she said usually to use within 2 years (matured policy)! my son’s condition that time having a high fever, wearing the oxygen n virus infection in his lung n she said that not emergency case ?!!! You know how dissapointed i am ? I already took the referral letter n then just like that ?!! Only she said can try can try! Repeat all the same thing! You know what, the doctor look at my husband n said ‘ sir actually you have money or not ‘ ???!!! I’m really regret for taking prudential insurance! Every month pay almost 200++ for medical n saving, then i cannot use the medical card!! Every time i ask the medical card, she always said she will give. Just some dengue alerts. We couldn't find any button or application form related to the insurance coverage although it was May, still before the deadline Prudential claimed. After a month or so, wrote to the app developers requesting a remove/delete of my personal information. Never got a reply from them.
