Pros - location near train station and shopping mall. Unit is spacious and quiet overall. Provision of basic cutlery and crockery. Detergent provided both for laundry and dishes.

Cons - towels are not that clean (stains), small things that could be fixed to ensure a nicer stay are not attended to ie new blinds in the living room (ensuring better privacy)awaiting to be put up sits untouched in the room corner for the duration of my stay, aircon in main bedroom is noisy at night, second bedroom has no bedside table or closet, just a bed. And the bed/mattress sinks in the middle. Only clock in the whole unit not working. Is it that hard to just put in a new battery?? Or is it solely for decoration purpose??!! Also pay in cash ONLY! Be aware. Booking process via booking.com is not transparent at all. The price you see at the point of booking is NOT the real price. AFTER you’ve booked and they sent you a confirmation email - then they spell out the additional costs - 16% service charge, etc etc etc which all adds up to quite a bit. Of course by then any cancellation you made after realising all the extra hidden costs would be non-refundable. So you’re stuck. Makes me feel cheated in a way. A bit of ‘dishonesty’ on the booking.com part I have to say.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and showed zero respect or basic courtesy. They were not helpful in any way and treated us like we were a burden rather than paying guests.

The room was filthy — dirty bed sheets, stained and unwashed towels, and a disgusting smell. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the lighting was so bad it felt like a dungeon. When we raised our concerns, they refused to refund our money and gave us no options except to stay in the awful room or leave without a refund.

Not recommended. Payment is cash only. These are rental apartments all located in one place. The staff was not friendly or professional. The furniture is old, and the bedding was outdated and not clean. Some of the lights in the room were not working. The only positive thing is the location it’s excellent.
