Overall, wasn't impressed by the food.
The staff were super attentive and well informed on the menu and items. However, to my surprise, the bottomless drink option was taped over in the printed menu. When asked, the staff replied it was a "mistake".
Food was served very fast, which was impressive.
Ordered the following:
Coke I haven't had coke this bad in ages. It honestly tasted like someone had watered down the coke. It lacked flavour and was much less fizzy than any coke should be. Rating: 1/5
Ribeye steak with brown sauce and fries plus mashed potatoes (medium rare). This was the biggest let down of the night. The steak was extremely thin, and more like medium done than medium rare. Lacked any beef flavour or seasoning whatsoever. It didn't have any searing on the surface and looked kinda grey except for the crosshatch grill marks left by the grill. Was a little chewy. The steak also came on a bed of sauteed onions. The taste of onions, garlic, and the brown sauce was all there was. I asked for some pepper and salt to see if the steak could be saved. Sadly there's only so much salt and pepper can do. The only thing going for it was that the brown sauce wasn't so bad, though it lacked depth of flavour too. Rating: 2/5
Sizzling Southwest Chicken with pepper sauce and pumpkin rice plus mixed vegetables. Was well seasoned and cooked too. Not dry at all. Portion size was pretty good as well. However, it could have been better with a minute of high heat to caramelize the seasoning rub on it. The chicken too was served on the same bed of sauteed onions. Rating: 3.5/5
Chicken tenders with bistro sauce. This was delicious. The chicken was fried to perfection. Crust was delicious and the chicken strips weren't dry. The dipping sauce was delicious too. Surprisingly it's exactly the same as the sauce served at the Manhattan Fish Market on the terrace floor of the same building. Rating: 5/5
Brownie with ice cream. Brownie wasn't that warm when we got it, but it wasn't cold either. It wasn't as dense as I hoped for but the brownie and ice cream combo was delicious. Rating: 4.8/5
The bill total for everything was MVR 687.9 ($44.61)
Definitely won't be going back there for beef steak. Might visit again for the chicken and brownies. And they definitely need to...
Read moreI came to this place very excited after seeing lots of social media videos. And menu was looking promising. So i visited with my boyfriend. We ordered tenderloin and crispy chicken. And fresh lemonade/perfect mix.
I specifically ordered tenderloin medium rare. It came well done. Waiter said he can change. They bring me another tenderloin which was again well done. I was really disappointed since i was hungry and not able to enjoy. With being hungry i didnt want to wait again and again and decided to eat.
Seasoning is not good. Its blend. No salt at all. Definitely didnt come as i wanted. Fresh lemonade was only water with little bit lemon squeezed in. No taste at all. Crispy chicken was also blend. No seasoning. No taste. Mashed potato has weird tap water taste. Coleslaw was okay.
After talking with waiter two times about my tenderloin, one guy came i assume manager. All he said was saying sorry. And offered to change. If there is cooking method in menu, chef should know what is well done and what is medium rare.
I was hopeful but it didnt worth waiting 2 times for my food while my bf also already finished and we couldnt enjoy together. Anyways there was nothing to be enjoyed about. It didnt worth the money we paid.
Unfortunately service team dont know about ehat is tenderloin, what is ribeye as the waiter was telling tenderloin is from neck which is not correct. So we had to ask couple of times if its really tenderloin because no one likes to get scammed. And we had to show picture to the waiter what is tenderloin.
It was unfortunate. We will not visit this...

Atmosphere is fine, plenty of privacy. Service was okay, nothing to complain about. Staff were attentive and food arrived quickly.
Now the bad:
We ordered: sizzling crispy chicken / lamb noisette.
My medium rare lamb noisette was good. Portion seemed as listed on the menu. I was happy with it - the meat portion at least. More on the sides below.
Despite the ‘sizzle’ you get as your dish is placed in front of you, the only thing that really sizzled was the onions and garlic splattered on the plate. Everything else, (including the sides and the meat) was room temperature.
The black pepper sauce tasted peppery, but it didn’t really have much flavour.
The chicken was also very bland. Tasted like it had been cooked hours before and was sitting in the kitchen. Maybe we were unlucky and got a dish someone else had rejected earlier during the day. Not much meat, mostly skin. You’re better off going to a fast food place in this regard.
The mashed potatoes had no taste at all. Like eating cotton.
The pumpkin rice was the worst part of our dinner. We were excited about it since it seemed like a novelty. But the rice was stale. It was actually COLD and hard. Horrible; calling it edible would be generous. We asked for it to be heated, which did not really make any difference.
I got two pieces of broccoli and five pieces of sliced carrot. You can’t really go wrong with this. It was unremarkable.
This place is okay. But at this price point, we expected a little...
