Unfriendly and over priced service! This was my second visit and they made me feel so unwelcome I did not finish my service!

Edit response to owner reply: You overbooked your time and were unprepared to service upon arrival. You had to be reminded of my appointment. Additionally your employee looked disoriented at the fact she had to service my manicure. You were unwelcoming and commented with your friend throughout my service. I’ve been to your establishment previously and had a fine time but this time you and your staff seemed determined to create an unwelcoming environment. I left suddenly because your staff member commented shockingly that she had to do my manicure. If you had any issue you should have addressed it which you failed to do. There was no argument between myself and my companion. If your staff felt uncomfortable it’s because we were speaking English. Each person in there was offered a water and we were never offered anything. I was treated differently than any other customer there. You can say what you want but you and your staff need to do better at creating a welcoming environment and addressing any issues you may have in real time. Your service was fine but why would I want someone doing a manicure that was obviously not wanting to touch my hands. I feel bad to leave only 3 stars because the ladies are so nice and accommodating but I was a bit disappointed in my result. I think if you’re able to book with Elizabeth, then it will be a 5 star experience; however, there was another girl doing my manicure and she seemed to be learning or new.

Cons: uneven polish; some areas thicker than others and multiple bubble dents. I noticed it on 2 nails during the appointment and she corrected it but when I got home, I noticed it on 5 other nails. nail shaping was inconsistent. I asked for almond shape but some are round, and some are rounded square. she cut my skin 2-3 times while trimming my cuticles.

Nice owner, courteous service, and great color selection. However my manicure was rushed and I wish my nail technician could have slowed down to let the gel nail paint fully cure before reapplying coats so quickly. Also, it may be the way my nail was prepped or the quality of the gel used, but my nails are already cracking and chipping after only 3 -4 days. Also the skin around my nail beds started to peel badly after the manicure. The UV lamp and table where I sat was not very clean. The price was good as the owner was willing to match the price of another nail salon that I was thinking about going to instead , so I really appreciated that.
