One of the most unprofessional venues. We flew to CDMX specifically to see this venue and decided on the spot that we were going to get married here. But unfortunately the event coordinator Mike was awful. First he took a few days to get us the quote on the venue, and then it didn’t reflect the information we had spoken to him about. Then when we finally got the quote right we responded to him that hour saying we were ready to proceed. a few days later he responded with blurry bank information dated 2022 and told us to $70000 pesos to the account to hold our spot. I responded immediately and said we are ready to send but wanted to see an agreement or contract. he ghosted us for two weeks after that. I reached out the venue through whats app because I was extremely confused. Then mike magically responded a few days later and apologized for ghosting us and said he’d have our contract ready that same day. Guess what? He ghosted us again. So now we are out almost 30,000 pesos because we traveled to see the venue and they can’t even be bothered to respond. do not waste your time the venue is beautiful but some of the most unprofessional staff i’ve ever...
Read moreI’ve taken a mix of classes here and the thing I notice the most is that the quality of classes is inconsistent. Some are superb and other are boring. My biggest complaint is that in at least 50% of the classes they have been more of a demo than a class.
For example there was a fermentation class some time back and it was 3.5 hours of the lady just talking about fermentation. I finally left at 10:30 when it did not seem she was going to stop talking.
Recently I went to a chocolate making class. The chef was great but again it was mostly a demo of sitting around and watching him and his assistant make chocolate. Some of us got to try a few steps but it would have been better if it was interactive.
When the school is good it can be superb. I took a class pre-pandemic with Broka chef Marco on Mexican cuisine. It was interactive, informative, delicious. Just an overall excellent class.
I hope they make the clases more interactive and give each student a recipe to...
Read moreExperiencia realmente decepcionante.
No recomendado - daría cero estrellas...
