Gravity Internet — Local services in Albert-Eden

We l8ve in a really remote area, where satellelite internet is our only option. Connecting to Gravity has been life changing for us, enabling us to keep in touch with our family members all over the world, keep up with the times as far as news and current affairs go, i have been able to administer our businesses and some community organisations without the hassles and restraints of limited data, we can livestream, watch netfl8x, make cellphone calls through 2degrees (no cellpone coverage here either). Inevitably, in an area of the country with a high rainfall, there are glitches from time to time. We have found the Gravity technicians very helpful sorting a problem. I think of them like a dog with a bone - they don't give up until the problem has gone! Sometimes that involves sending repairers on vast travel expeditions, but it happens. We find it very affordable too, being nealy half the price for more than ten times the service. Absolutely terrible customer service. I cancelled my service, the next month they took payment out of my bank account. When I contacted them I was told that they wouldn't refund me until the 20th of the month even though they had taken a payment they weren't entitled to. Currently it's the 22nd of the month and still no refund. When cancelling my contract I stated multiple times that I wanted to be certain that the extra payment wouldn't be taken and was told that it would not happen. I called their number multiple times and requested a callback, and in line with the absolutely abysmal service to date, nobody bothered to call me. Would I recommend these people to anyone who was looking to set up an Internet connection.... Hell no!!!. If customer service was any criteria for business success, then this lot should have been broke...

Not one to usually complain about business but holy heck this entire experience from start to finish was an absolute nightmare months of waiting and filling out forms, finally 4 months later the technician finally comes around and basically tells me that installation won't work and the sales people had blatantly lied to me to coerce a sale and now I have a bill for almost $1000.
