Kiwi Nails & Spa Takapuna — Local services in Devonport-Takapuna

My experience with Kiwi Nails & Spa was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. The owner left a product at our door without properly returning it, then immediately demanded a refund by phone. When I explained that refunds and returns can only be processed through the correct procedure — in person, with the product inspected — she refused to listen, raised her voice, and began shouting.

Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, she chose to escalate, use abusive language, and later retaliated by leaving false and misleading claims about my own business online. That type of behaviour says far more about her character than it ever could about ours.

Professionalism means following proper process, communicating respectfully, and showing integrity. Sadly, none of these qualities were present in my interaction with this business. Businesses that resort to shouting, baiting, and slandering others in public are not ones I could ever recommend or trust.
