Hey TANK, I would like to ask you as we all know that this is original Google Business Page and you will answer to this question and this is an honest and original review. I would like to know how you get “A” rating for your store as you don’t keep enough staff during busy times and people standing outside for long time. Why don’t you hire enough staff to improve your service? Do you think your staffs can do 3 person’s job alone? You are earning enough money even just after lockdown and opened a new store instead of hiring new staff. You also get “A” score because you might become aware when people will inspect your store and got “A”. Also, you make roasters for part time employees without asking them their availability in advance for upcoming week. Do you think they are always available and wait for your call? Don’t they have other things like study, friends and families?

Their online process is painful (don’t even bother - it takes you longer to long in that it does to order). Even though I had signed in it requires you to verify your account more than once which is painful if you have to do it every time you want to order. Wait times in store are bad, and the staff seem sad to be there (seriously - now that the self-serve screens are there, no one acknowledges you as a customer). Stores don’t open on time, depending where you go they s sometimes don’t even bother to open as advertised (the city stores are bad at this). So be careful if you’re travelling specifically to tank as you’ll be disappointed on the odd occasion. It’s so frustrating, I do wish they’d take the time to improve how they show up for Kiwi’s. a while ago as well i ordered something online from their new app. i went to pick it up 25 minutes later and they had no clue about it! i had to wait another 10 minutes for them to faff around and make the thing, when the whole point of the app was to pick it up and go. never using the app again or using this tank again to be fair. deserves a 1 star rating...
