Today I had appointment for haircut and blow waves for the first and definitely last time in my life in this salon. I come with idea what type of hairstyle I would like and even with the photo. I had that kind of hairstyle before but the hairstylist convinced me that it won’t sit good for me. She had her suggestions and I was happy to accept her advice as she sounds very confident. Unfortunately, my hairstyle ended up as a disaster!!!! I look like Price Valiant or teenage boy, and I’m so so sad. I can’t believe that the salon with this kind of reputation can have hairstylist with obviously non experience???? I AM SO SO DISAPPOINTED, and I will probably use the mirror as less as possible for some...

I had a lady called Hash do my hair the other day at Rodney Wayne shore city. When I walked in to my appointment she came in 10 minutes late to my appointment. After she had washed my hair she continuously went on for the next 20 minutes about how horrible and dry and ruined my hair is which was very rude talking none stop about it for 20 minutes straight right to my face. I asked for layers in my hair and she put way too many layers in the right side of my head and no layers on my left side. It looks absolutely terrible and I am very unhappy with how she treated me and how she did my hair. I have been coming to this store for many years but won’t be coming back...

Went for a full ballayage and the staff took time to make sure I was getting exactly what I was after. Very professional and high quality. A bit more expensive than some others but worth the extra money when it comes to your hair (and this is coming from a student)! Got exactly what I was after and felt very pampered and well looked after. My only minor criticism would be that the sink to wash hair got a bit uncomfortable on the neck after a while, I would recommend investing in comfier seats/head rests but other than that I was very satisfied and will...
