I was going to excuse it as cultural but I know many Koreans who don’t have his manners. Cultural or not, he is in the Philippines and must adjust to our cultural norms and hospitality. Not the other way around.
He is a somewhat skilled cutter. I would rate him a 6 out of 10. But even the way he handled my hair was like he was tugging it and it did not feel right. It’s was like he pulled on it too hard.
I am not unhappy with my cut but not unhappy either. It’s just meh. So so. His staff was really nice and welcoming. That was the only positive.
