Quick and polite service. The vanilla brownie ice cream was delicious! Edit - Went to Movenpick Takapuna again this week. They were all out of vanilla brownie ice cream so I got the cappuccino ice cream instead (on the left of picture). It was really yummy! You could taste the coffee in it but it wasn't too strong or overwhelming. Also not very bitter.

The girls were super friendly and made us feel welcome! Customer service is great, everyone was so nice and helpful, especially after experiencing bad customer service at Dxxk Island. The portion of the ice cream is huge and the ice cream are very delicious. The waffle cone was very tasty and probably the best I’ve had in a while! I will be back!

Friendly service, allowed to try a few flavours before you get to choose your favourite. Ordered Tiramisu and Mango & cream ice-cream, both of them taste lovely. I like how Movenpick blend the ingredients into their ice-cream, makes their ice-cream stands out from other brands.

The service is inconsistent. There is a snobbery about the service, for exsample, I went there with my two year old after kindy to get ice cream, I work nights so I guess I looked tired, I wasn't spoken too just stared at while I asked for two samples. It was uncomfortable but even more so mead by the mans stance, armed spread and head slouched like my presence was exhausting. I ordered the Swiss chocolate for both of us and said thanks and was ignored which was annoying because I tought I was picking up the vibe, let's say, wrong. Least to say, It ruined the experience of geting ice cream with my little one, put me off going there again. If I looked tired, it was because I was, if it was the customer service then its very bad and not fitting to a professional establishment peddling ice cream 🍦. My experience was...

Took my mum to get some ice cream tonight but we were both put off by the service of the very hyper guy behind the counter.

With this guy he was rude taking our order as he stopped me from explaining my order so he could finish his conversation with his coworker and his scoops are quite small considering how expensive the ice cream is.

On another occasion his hands were touching the ice cream as he scooped the ice cream out.

Personally I like movenpick but at this particular store the customer service with this particular person has really dissapointed us when we visit. I'd recommend other ice cream places...
