I ordered dinner for the family on Friday 29th March. We got 2x dishes of Egg Foo Yong, 1 dish of chicken fried rice, 1 dish of sweet n sour pork, and a 10 pieces of fried chicken n chips. Total cost was $93.00 The service was great. I did a phone order and they told me it would take about 20 mins. I came to collect 20 mins later and it was ready as soon as I arrived.
Chicken fried rice was average at best. Had a good portion of chicken but the rice lacked a lot of flavour 5/10
Sweet n sour pork had a strong taste of vinegar. It was disgusting. We ended up throwing it away 1/10
Fried chicken was good. Definitely had better but would give it about a 6/10
Egg Foo Yong was great but what annoyed me was one dish was the normal takeaway size and the second dish was half the size. I paid the same price for both dishes though. It was in a takeaway box so I didn't even notice until we got all the way home. In terms of taste I'd give it a 8/10.
Was quite disappointed because it was my dad's birthday so we wanted to get him his favorite takeaways for dinner. Will be the last time we go back...
Read moreWhat an experience, of rudeness! I ordered prawn chips, fish and chips and some drinks. While waiting, for a long time for my fish and chips, I try the prawn chips, which are stale and soft, I try another chip, just to be sure! I aske at the desk how old they might be and they told me maybe 4 days. She hesitates, but cracks one of them and feel for herself that they have gone soft and then give me my money back, but when my order is up for the fish and chips I ask if there is any dip in the bag, the answer is no. I take down what looks like aioli, but I am told that it is something else, which I didn't know what was, so I asked again, sorry what is it, to which he then replied the same answer? Then I say, sorry I don't know what that is and he just points to the sign and say the same thing once again! I just said okay and asked for aioli, which I quickly paid for and ran out of that rude store, for...
Read moreRude to me & my tween...my child wanted noodles and was offered the gross looking noodles behind the glass. He said no Chow Mein, just the one behind the glass, then we order other menu items and see two elders order chow mein & get it freshly made in the $6.50 container. The cook/cashier never greeted us, tried to order when no was was standing there...and he rudely took another person’s order that got a drink from the cooler. When we did order, he directly took my order and ignored my child that wanted food. The worst part...when we go to eat at the beach, my chicken was so hard...I was choking. I had to give pieces to the birds. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business again. My daughter was shocked to be treated in such a manner, I told her maybe the guy...
