Nice beach with lots of treees for schade. There's also a playground, made up of various smaller groups of equipment, parallel to the beach. Also basket ball court available. The main playground has 2 tunnel slides, plenty of swings and more. Picnic tables nearby, as well as a public toilet.

Stunning beach for a family with kids and also a great place to hang out with your friends. There are playgrounds, basketball court, outdoor gym available and lots of shops located just near the beach. There are heaps of parking spaces available near the beach. If you are lucky, you might get parking which is right in front of the beach which gives you a great view of Orewa beach. The only disadvantage is that there is only one place where you could bath, and you have to walk all...

Located at the Sthrn end of Orewa Bch with a large spacious carpark, clean toilets, a Restaurant & Bar. Flagship for the HBC area. Playgrounds for small children, volleyball court, exercise machines, open air cold water showers. Always popular for kite surfing more so than standup surfing, safe swimming beach with Lifeguards onsite thru the season. Handy to Orewa retail shops and 2 Supermarkets ( 3 mins away). This really is a top notch park / playground in such a beautiful area. The only reason I give it a 3 star rating is because the main road (which is really busy) is really close and there's no fence for the playgrounds keeping children in. We've had some close calls with our kids, so we no longer take them there. Such a huge oversight for such a good...
