Just Jeans — Local services in North Island

Just had an appaling experience at Just Jeans Taunga Crossing when I went in to buy some Levis Jeans. Walked into the store and there were 3 other people wandering around the store including one on her phone. After a few minutes I asked another customer if there were any sales people to which she replied that she was unsure as no-one had approached her with an offer to help. To find out if the was a sales person around I picked up a jacket and walked to the door alarm which went off. Can you imagine my surpise when the girl on the phone walked up and took the jacket from me and said sorry to the person she was chatting to as there was a customer. I have visited the following stores as my job has me traveling across NZ.

ST Lukes, Westfield Albany, Westfield Manukau, Botany Town centre, NorthWest, Tauranga Crossing, Bayfair, Queensgate Wellington and Chartwell in Hamilton

What I found is consistency across all of these stores, acknowledgement and greeted by every staff member on duty

Everybody is Karen!! But this is brilliant leaves me happy to part with my money.

I have shopped at many designer clothing stores and boy could they learn alot from this store. The service is exceptional. The staff are excellent. The manager of this store should train staff nationally I was so impressed at how she was so tirelessly attentive to customer needs and so committed to helping them find the product that was right for them.
