Good food but extremely slow and poor service. We ordered 8 items in total. The first item came over 20 minutes from when we ordered and the last item arrived only 1 hour after we ordered. We saw a table of 4 guests who came before us and left hungry without food being served because the wait was too long. The front of house young lady was stone cold with her service. She seemingly apologised to the hungry 4 guests who left, but her apology didn't seem sincere, but rather stone cold. They kept getting our table number wrong and placed 2 dishes that were meant for other tables on ours. We accidentally started eating 1 dish when that lady came over and said it was meant for another table and that she will just add it to our bill. I I preferred the old days where they served the items on push carts, but with the new management, everything is ordered off the menu. A man was waiting to be seated for 20 minutes, who subsequently left because he wasn't attended. Management definitely needs to be worked on. Other staff seemed nice. Yet the attitude of this stone cold, can't-seem-to-care-less lady definitely plummeted the morale and atmosphere of this place and has thus driven away a lot...

The Food is good, however I purchased a few meals on doordash, roughly $58.00. it was extremely disappointing with the quantity of food for the price and felt ripped off, x3 dumplings for $10 is a bit extreme, which also didn't state the quantity on the menu, most are roughly x5 or 6. So we ordered blindly... But for x3 dumplings lol that's a joke @ $10. Also $10 for a chicken and corn soup it was very bland and I felt that quality wasn't worth the price. We ordered X2. Including a chicken chow mein with cashews $24.00, and a small coke. We ended up spending extra on pizza to full us up! Perhaps add weight of soup for price, so it's a fair idea on what the consumer gets. Average small cup. Seriously it wasn't enough for 2 people at all.

Food was awesome 👌. But, cleanliness of utilities needed to have more attention payed to them. E.G soya sauce and chili sauce dispenser, need to be cleaned more frequently or wiped over with a damp cloth, also waiter needs to be trained to a better standard EG like if he or she spill food or liquid on table you are dining at, he /,she should make an attempt to wipe it up asap. Cost for meal was ok, fair price .marriage and receptionist need to change their approach when welcoming customers. More user friendly. Not so abrupt in their welcoming address. I think it is a language issue. Apart from my customer observations, I would go back nice food and fair price .Wife and I had our wedding reception in this same establishment, but there was different Chinese owners then.
