Not recommended. Though discussed with the hairdresser beforehand, she ended up cutting extra 6cm off the length.

Asked to layer my hair with shortest length up to my jaw but ended up half way up next to my cheek and now strands of short keep falling to the middle and I cant part my hair on the side without a pin. On top of that, she thinned my hair by cutting it down to 2cm short, meaning I can only part my hair along the middle. When I part my hair along either sides, I get all these short 2cm strands of hair poking upwards and outwards. Ridiculous!

The haircut itself took less than 20min and could see that not much attention was paid to details. Hair wash was a poor experience as well. Would rather pay extra dollars and get a decent haircut else where rather than a haircut style that was not wanted...

That was the worse experience i ever had ... I do my hair highlights for years and years .I show the lady if she can do this colour. She said yes after washing I saw my hair is almost black .when I told her she start shouting. I had to stop her and reminded her im her customer . and after she made me cry because of my unbelievable hair colour she didnt even give a discount for single $ .i was so shocked and i don't know why i didnt left instead of paying. still im crying.i even washed my hair 2 times today and still unbelievable. I called them and asked for refund. She shout and aaid I will not give u anything and u can do whatever u want .if u guys love urself and ur hair never even be close to that place as you will regret for rest...

I couldn’t give enough credit to this salon. I had been dreaming a haircut of an actress for ages but I can’t get exactly what I want from other place. The femail hairdresser is brilliant and just nailed it. On top of that, she is just so so customer centric. Even she finished curling my hair, she noticed some new grown hair stand up and took another hour to apply product to make it flat. Although it is not necessary for her to do this cuz i just requested to curl my hair, she is so considerate, wanting me...
