Positives: clean store, friendly hairstylist, music was playing, it smells nice.

Cons: went here a few days ago and well, the haircut i wanted was a wolfcut similar to the photo attached and i did not get that. to be honest, i think there was no sheathing scissors used to lessen the volume of hair so it was very poofy. i had to pay $55 (surcharge not yet included, tho i dont really care about surcharge that much). i felt extremely bad about my hair that when the hairstylist asked me if it was okay, i smiled and nodded. inside tho? i was crying. my hair took 1 year to grow to the length it was. i was concerned about the damage it sustained due to countless keratin treatments i got, and i hope i had some advice regarding that but i didn’t get any. which is fair. i just wish that my cut was a little better to make me feel less regretful of the fact that i cut my hair this short.

i had to go to another hairstylist to get it fixed and my hair right now is the shortest it has ever been. yeah hair grows, but i wish i didn’t spend money here at all and just bought hydrating products or something...

I recommend highly this place. I dye my hair very often ash grey and red brown hair colour. so my hair possibly might get be damaged badly But, it's quite silky actually. Even at my work, my manager asked me that where did I get the dying hair and this silky hair. As people say that after dying hair, it damaged so bad . actually when I haven't been there for awhile as busy, I was thinking that should I just cut my hair ?

But, eventually she made my hair reborn. I couldn't even brush my hair sometimes , and I just pulled out my hair which is small knots. that was so annoying.

But it's very soft to brush my hair now. I don't even worry about. Because the reason was organic keratin treatment which is I've got yesterday.

I highly recommend this one. when I had got other products, my eyes were a bit sore. But the organic keratin product is no pain on my skin and no sore in my eyes.
