You’re accusing me of a case between you and another person.

You did not address my review and went off tangent about an event that I was not involved in.

We should’ve walked out like how you would’ve declined us if we were 30 minutes late

I visited your store in December with my companion who was getting her nails done and I witnessed what happened first hand.

We had scheduled an appointment with you at 4:15pm but we had to sit there for almost 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

You did not inform us of the delay and you wouldn’t have until my friend approached you. I’m saying this because you had 30 minutes to tell us what was going on.

We scheduled an appointment at a certain time with you— meaning we both agreed that both parties will be available at that time.

You being this late because of design styles is not justified. As a professional, you should allocate extra time so that your appointments wont clash into each other.

After the appointment you said you will TRY not to be late next time. To customers who experienced quite a delay, it sounds like to us something like this could happen again and you don’t want to be held accountable 100%

Don’t tell your customers you’re available at this time if you’re going to be later than the grace period you give to...

Great service and end result but VERY slow, had booked for 4pm for 2 people but weren't seen until 4.45pm and 5.10pm. So ended up spending 2.5hrs here in total just for manicures. Would have appreciated being called beforehand to advise they were running late, so I didn't rush there to make my appointment on time. Thorough job done by both nail technicians though. Very happy...
