Had very bad experience, worst service, paid 155$ for a full body signature pampering they made it sound like a deal in grabone .
This is the message we received after booking.
How about taking some time for yourself with a 120-minute pamper package? You deserve it! It includes a back body scrub, massage, and a facial. And if you're up for it, there's even an option for an express pedicure treatment. Time is 3:45 pm on Sunday at the beauty loft spa in Parnell.
But offered Back massage - 20 minutes Foot nails cut and polish - 5 minutes Hand nails cut and polish - 5 minutes 20 minutes of facial - wer the scrub didn't feel like a scrub, no white-heads removal no steam offered. I thought wen they said it's choice of pedicure or manicure so I asked manicure instead of body scrub but they haven't washed or scrubbed the foot and hand they did only cut and polish(she is not professional to do nails shaping) and just a normal polish.
Knowing that the customer coming for the service room wasn't ready with products the therapist keep going out and coming in. Overall not relaxing. Massage therapist does all other services aswel - not professional.
Super disappointed even I made a complaint in between they didn't really considered, waste of money and time will never recommend.
Many of their reviews about their package deal is the same and really wondering why they sell such deals if they cannot offer what...
Read moreI bought a voucher for my partner to get a mani-pedi done as a gift prior to our wedding. A day after getting the mani-pedi done, she returned to the store to give the store feedback on how the manicure changed in a matter of a few hours and got worse over the next 24hrs. It started to get all bumpy, swelled up and didn’t look good. Apparently the gel wasn’t dried correctly. My partner requested if the manicure could be corrected as not only was it not done well, but also because it was for an important occasion, her wedding! The staff in store treated her terribly, to the point she ended up in tears in store. They ended up trying to redo the nail after making her cry and ended up breaking one of her nails while over filing it. They claimed that the nail was too weak and hence broke. She left the store in tears. Who does this...
Regardless of whether a customer comes in with a voucher or pays the full price, you treat all your customers the same. That’s customer service 101 in any business. Not only is the level of skill of certain staff members terrible, but also the nature of customer service absolutely appalling. ‘Zero’ empathy / problem solving abilities.
I wouldn’t recommend going here for any sort of a...
Read moreReceived a grab one voucher for a back massage and a facial. The back massage was utterly amazing, removed all the knots and now I don't have an achy back. However the facial was the complete opposite. I felt as though the whole facial was rushed, and it was very rough. During the facial, I was left alone for at least 10 mins, which could have been better spent slowing down the whole facial, allowing it to be more enjoyable. I didn't feel relaxed at all, and when it was all over, I was told that I had very bad skin and needed to start using treatment to make it better. I had just been to my usual place for facials, less than a month ago, where I was told that actually I have good skin and that I don't need to have treatment. On another note, the same song kept playing over and over again and it was driving me crazy! I also felt like I was rushed to leave when I had finished. I would definitely go back here for another back massage, however you won't be seeing me...
