Verve Cafe — Restaurant in Waitematā

Today I visited Verve Café, à popular quaint Café housed in a period building, located in the heart of historic Parnell Village. It has great outdoor sunny tables to enjoy the world go by whilst sipping their delicious coffee, from Grinders Coffee Roasters. The indoor area is equally as inviting, a quieter and cosy space. They offer yummy traditional house-baked items alongside classic brunch fare, all very reasonably priced. On this visit, I enjoyed dunking pistachio biscottis in a tasty espresso, whilst my coffee friends devoured dates scones. I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The pasta and the Benedict Eggs with Bacon, Mashed Potatoes, and Spinach were exceptional. The spinach was incredibly fresh, and the quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. It's clear they take great care in sourcing their ingredients.

What also stood out was the coffee; prepared by the friendly barista (maybe the owner of the cafe)with impressive latte art skills. The coffee was absolutely fantastic.
