I would only park here in the weekend because of their weekend rate of $10 for the whole day but other than that I cannot afford to park here every other day because it is out of my budget. I love parking here because it has easy access into the parking area and out of it. I love it because it electronically shows which parkings are available by having a green light indicated on top of the free parking spot and if unavailable it will have a red light to indicate that it is not. This is my fave parking because it is very close to where I work and if I need something from the car, it is not that far of a walk ( approx. 2 min walk). I find the elevator a bit annoying to use because it has so many levels to get through and it could take up to 5 mins of waiting time for it to get to you. It is only annoying when you are rushing. For first timers I would suggest to try and park at a low level so you won't get lost, cos I remember clearly that I got lost trying to find where I parked my car when I parked it at a high level. And the staff who worked here said whoever supposed to watch the camera was busy because “he has other things to do” I asked to speak to the manager and the guy told me I cannot speak to a manager because he can’t give me her number. I said I don’t need a private number, I just want an office number or work number and he said there isn’t one. He tried his best to prevent me to speak to the upper management.
