I just had the best customer service experience.

Although my mum and I used to go to the shop in Rialto when I used to work with her when I was younger, it was my first time ordering from them online.

I finally bought some Oxo cooking utensils online to replace my now-thoroughly-stained Kmart bamboo ones that I got when I first moved into my own flat (I now have an intense hatred of bamboo lol).

Right after submitting my order yesterday afternoon, they emailed me asking if I wanted them to courier my non-pre-ordered items this morning, and I said yup. Already a good sign.

They just called me like "our director lives in Howick and was wondering if you'd like him to drop your order to you this evening so you get it this side of Christmas." Of course I was like yis plz!

A++. Definitely go to them if you're looking...

I was very disappointed with the communications regarding the Magimix blender 4 that we purchased in store. It was promised that we would receive it within a week. A week went by and we didn’t hear anything. We called the store and they said it would arrive at the end of the second week. Nothing still. It took us 3 weeks after we followed up for the 1st 2 weeks to receive the order. We normally wouldn’t worry about these things, but we mentioned that our current blender was no more and we needed one to cook. The ball was dropped from a communication point of view.

We really liked the in-store shopping experience, the Magimix was recommended to us by a very engaging...

I would like to say a huge thank you to Chris the Manager and to Nevile for helping me out. I had a $400 voucher at the Homestore In Wellington, gifted to me by some clients, I was so excited about spending it, as we are adding a new kitchen onto our home. Alas the Store went into liquidation...so I was expecting to miss out. However after chatting to Chris in Auckland, they kindly gifted me a voucher in good will...they didn't need to. A wonderful surprise and thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I look forward to shopping in person in your store when I am in Auckland...
