Attended for my second session of laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows, attended previously and was super happy with my results and had no problems with healing however when I attended today I had a different lady do the service which I wasn’t aware of. Initially everything was good as I was showing the technician where I would like her to target. The technician had already started shaving the tails of my left eyebrow before announcing that she was going to do that. I was not expecting this to happen as mentioned this was my second time attending and did not need to do this last time. After the laser was completed I had bleeding straight away on my right eyebrow which has never happened before. I got home and was concerned about the bleeding as it hasn’t stopped and rang the clinic, spoke to the same technician who advised me that it was completely normal and it was because she increased the settings to which I was not aware of and currently have a blister on my right eyebrow. I’m not sure if it’s because I had been in previously but I had no aftercare instructions explained to me until I called back which is fine as I already knew what to do but I feel as that it should be explained every session to ensure that proper care is taken. Read moreThe place was clean and treatment was on time. You need to pay 50nzd to secure your appointment (deductible on your treatments). I tried the pico laser for pigmentation, the treatment was a bit painful for me. It has only been 3 days so I don't know the full effect yet. I have had pico done before but this treatment left me a bit shocked on how red spots looked afterwards. I understand that I have signed all the documents on what can happen afterwards but I felt like more explanation can be done verbally prior to the treatment to inform me that it's not exactly no downtime. Although you are able to resume your daily activities, it's not like it hurts or anything but the red spots will make you quite self conscious when you are out. So just a warning for anyone wanting to try it, do not book in anything important after your treatment. I have had similar treatments done previously which leaves my face looking like this pico laser and was always told prior that I should go home rightaway and not plan anything important. The facial included cleansing, steaming, extraction, pico, led and mask. 2 masks was provided for at home care. Can't comment on the effects yet as my skin is still recovering just wanted to provide some feedback on the explanation and consultation part which isn't hard or time...

While the doctor complete the consultation I was told it’s ok to go ahead but he didn’t bring the product which I specifically mentioned that to the person who took my booking. They said they’ll order and rebook me another session the following Saturday. Call me literally last minute when I was about to exit the motorway only 2minutes away, told me the appointment is canceled as the doctor was sick so they reschedule me the next following Saturday which is today. Texted me 10am in the morning told me the product is still not received as courier delayed. Courier is something out of your control I could totally understand about this, but apparently even the doctor is NOT SICK last week you still fully aware that you don’t have the product to perform the treatment for me WHY on earth you’re still calling me exactly at my appointment time to reschedule and making the doctor as an excuse which you definitely could call me earlier that week?!! I have to reschedule all my other appointments and plans for this two wasted weekends and end up been stood up twice. And from previous review I can see this is not even your FIRST time disappointing your client in this way....
